The Lifeguard Class Schedule will be posted HERE, or under the "Lifeguard Class Schedule" link below. These classes will be FREE to all attendee's who plan to work for us as a Lifeguard. The Lifeguard Certification is valid for 2-Years, and must be active in order to start your first shift!

Schedule a call with you're direct Staffing Manager, who will be in charge of completing your onboarding, employee training, and scheduling, tailored to your availability!

Once your schedule is made, and your first scheduled shift is coming up - the Staffing Manager will arrange an orientation at your pool, to give out uniforms, teach facility-specific details/responsibilities, and answer any questions you have!

We place lifeguards at pools as close to home as possible—typically within 10–15 minutes. With pools spread throughout all our service regions, there’s almost always a location near you
Yes — we’re flexible. Whether you can work two days or five, we’ll assign shifts based on your availability and the needs of nearby pools.
It’s easy! We run free lifeguard training classes all year. When you finish, you’ll be officially American Red Cross Lifeguard & CPR certified for the next 2 years.
The training is very manageable. Our instructors teach everything step-by-step, and most students pass with no problem. If you can swim comfortably and pay attention, you’ll do great.
